Performance training programs are enhanced, challenging skillset and functional programs designed to meet the needs of individuals looking to excel in competitive youth or adult athletics


YOUTH SAQ, STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

  • 1 Session / Week: $120 Per Month
  • ​2 Sessions / Week: $150 Per Month



HYPERTRAIN CROSSFIT TRAINING

  • ​​3 classes / week: $175 Per Month




​DISTANT/ONLINE TRAINING

​(30- minute sessions)

Work out design, nutritional coaching and weekly accountability and goal measuring
